OBJECT
Detonate groups of 3 or more like-colored blocks. The bigger the cluster, the larger
the bonus! When you pop them, everything above or around them COLLAPSES in on them.
HOW TO PLAY
Use the arrow keys to move your cursor over the blocks in the play-area.
Press the SELECT key to select a block.
Speed things up by pressing the 2 key when things get slow.
SCORING
You receive points for each cluster you create – the bigger the cluster the more
points you receive. Bonuses increase exponentially, depending on how many blocks
you detonate. At the end of every level, the more cleared lines you have, the higher
the End of Level bonuses.
GAME MODES
You can play 3 different modes in Super Collapse!® II, each with its own unique
style!
Traditional Mode
The game you know and love! Clear the blocks before they reach the top. Easier said
than done, though - the blocks speed up over time.
Strategy Mode
You are your own worst enemy in this jaw-clenching mode. Take as long as you want
to make a move and always think twice. New blocks appear with every move you make
and can quickly overwhelm you.
Puzzle Mode
Advance through the levels by detonating every block on the screen. Puzzles may
have multiple solutions. Can you maximize your score? If there are any blocks left
over when you’re done, you lose!
SPECIAL PIECES
The Color Bomb - Color bombs blow up every block of the same color on the
screen. When things start moving fast, these guys are the best friends you have!
The Super Bomb - Unlike the colored bombs, these little babies remove ALL
blocks near them. Use them strategically and they’ll prove to be a powerful ally.
But if you select a group of blocks adjacent to them, they block that color and
disappear, so beware!
The Indestructible Block - This piece doesn’t do a darn thing, except get
in your way. The only way to clear it is with a Super Bomb.
The Platform Block - The Platform Block appears only on Puzzle Mode and the
only way to clear it is with a Super Bomb.
